1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InWaste V2 Command Center platform, mobile apps, or WhatsApp notification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you are using the platform on behalf of a government entity, municipality, or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services & License

InWaste provides web-based IoT vehicle tracking, waste collection analytics, driver dispatch management, and automated daily WhatsApp report digests for municipal solid waste management.

• Access is restricted to authorized government personnel, vehicle operators, and municipal administrators.
• Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform strictly for official operational duties.
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or tampering with platform telemetry APIs is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. You agree to immediately report any unauthorized credential access or security breaches to InWaste Support.

4. Operational Telemetry & WhatsApp Digest Terms

Platform reports and distance calculations are derived from automated GPS sensor data and hardware telemetry. By registering phone numbers for automated WhatsApp report digests, administrators consent to receiving daily operational summary messages dispatched via Meta Cloud API.

5. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All platform software, user interface designs, proprietary algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of InWaste Operational Systems Pvt. Ltd. InWaste shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party cellular network outages or hardware GPS signal loss.
